Animal Urbano

In the late 1990s, the Argentine publisher Grupo Imaginador de Ediciones S.A. launched Animal Urbano, a 12-issue comic series that blended gritty urban life with surreal, animalistic transformations. Writer Guillermo Grillo Ciocchini crafted the series' narrative, brought to life by the distinctive artwork of Edu Molina, Sanyú, and Diego Molina. This short-lived but striking series stands out as a bold, experimental work from Argentina's vibrant independent comics scene of the era.
