This issue contains five continued serials: "A Month to Live" by Don Cameron Shafer (part one of four); "The Man Without Hands" by Lyon Mearson (part two of six); "Poker Faces" by Edgar Franklin (part three of five); "The Way of the Buffalo" by Charles Alden Seltzer (part five of six); and "The Black Tube" by William Tillinghast Eldridge (part four of four, concluding). A novelette "Ten Fathoms Down" by Lieutenant C. Donald Feak appears alongside short fiction including "Two Weeks' Notice" by Jack Beadle, "The Bugler of Belleau," and works by Paul Severance and others. The issue also features poetry by Karl W. Detzer and Margaret Wheeler Ross. An advertisement previews next week's Isabel Ostrander novel, "Dust to Dust," about a woman named Claudia Langham caught in legal trouble.
