Jerry Bredouw, while writing a script for TV's The Bold Ones on the new Physician Assistant program, wrote to Dick Moores, suggesting that Chipper Wallet, a Naval hospital corpsman became a Physician Assistant. After visiting with the program at Duke University, Moores agreed.
