In 1936 an alien ship crash lands in Nazi Germany, and scientists use the technology to create advanced weapons. During World War II, Captain B. A. Bradley leads his U.S. Army unit in "Operation: Paperclip" that results in capturing Von Braun and the alien technology. All the aliens are killed, and their bodies and technology taken to the U.S., along with Von Braun and the other scientists, and the technology is used to help the U.S. win the space race by putting a man on the Moon in 1969.
