During a Mardi Gras celebration in St. Louis, Monty lures an acquaintance by whom he has often been insulted to his place, to sample some of the top Blue Label whiskey. Frank is knocked out, and when he awakens he is tied up in Monty's basement. Monty explains he had to have the entire foundation redone to fix bad plumbing, but that he still has to pour the rest of the concrete for the floor. Frank realizes Monty intends to bury him alive, but is unable to prevent it as the concrete pours over him.
