# Black Diamond Western #41 The issue contains a story in which a man named Lum sells his horse White Lightning to Black Diamond but later regrets the sale and schemes to get it back. When outlaws steal the horse and plan to sell it at auction, Lum attempts to retrieve it but is captured. Black Diamond and Bumper learn of an outlaw gang operating in caves in the area and discover the stolen horse during their investigation. After a confrontation with the outlaws in the cave hideout, Black Diamond apprehends the criminals, and Billy (presumably the young protagonist) is reunited with those he cares about, with the situation resolved.
