This anthology issue contains multiple horror and supernatural tales. One story follows a dead man from Madrid, born in 1542, who walks the earth as an undead being cursed to eternal wandering as punishment for his sins, visited by the ghost of Father Ramón who condemns him to restless torment. Another story features a scientist and a robot creation that goes rogue; when the robot escapes, the scientist injects it with a serum hoping to control it, but the creature becomes more dangerous and must be hunted down by police. "The Devil's Disciple" tells of someone who encounters the Devil himself and is offered a Faustian bargain—the chance to hear fantastic stories in exchange for their soul, with a particular focus on the tale of poor Hester, a girl from the past who suffered a tragic fate.
