Dear Ur, Newnan: I heartily congratulate you and your associctes on the fifty-seventh anniversary of the leunching of the JUDGE sagazine. The editors of JUDGE have made a distinct contribution to this necessary lifting of depressions upon the human mind through their successful efforts to have people laugh through their tears. I congratulate you on this public service tn the past and would reaind you that thp present and the future greatly need a continuation of your good fellowship, Very sincerely, DRNIEL C.
