This issue of Argosy and Railroad Man's Magazine (May 24, 1919) contains four serialized stories: "Sword and Anvil" by George Foxhall, featuring Rupert, Earl of Winston, an outlaw knight in Henry VIII's England who defends his sister's honor against the king himself; "Blue Flames" by Ethel and James Dorrance; "The Duke of Chimney Butte" by George Washington Ogden; and "The Devil's Riddle" by Edwina Levin.
