Morgan Mansfield's "His Service to Folly" (part two of four) features red-blooded Caribbean adventures. "The Whistling Waddy Warbles On" by D. B. Hobart presents one man against outlaw bandits, while Kenneth Perkins' "Gold" (part four) is set in 1849 San Francisco. "Restless Guns" (part two, author uncredited) follows two inexperienced "tenderfeet." Additional stories include pieces on subway civility by Laurance M. Hare and murder investigation on the mesa. The issue also features spring poems and articles alongside extensive period advertising for sales opportunities and consumer products.
