Rufus King's "North Star" begins its first of five parts; "Where She Belongs" continues its second installment; Ronald Prince's "The Next Victim" is in part three of four; Charles Alden Seltzer's "The Valley of the Stars" reaches part four of six; and Hulbert Footner's "The Under Dogs" concludes its six-part run. The issue includes novelettes and short stories by various authors including Beatrice Ashton Vandegrift ("Suspense"), Thomas P. Freney ("Cheap Tools"), and Jack Bechdolt ("Enchantment"), plus poetry contributions.
