This June issue of Amazing Stories features Jules Verne's "A Trip to the Center of the Earth" (serial, part 2), continuing the adventures of Professor Lidenbrock, his nephew Harry, and their Icelandic guide Hans as they descend into Mount Sneffels. The installment depicts them navigating an eastern tunnel system, progressing through archways resembling Gothic cathedrals and Roman structures before encountering narrow subterranean passages. Other fiction includes G. Peyton Wertenbaker's "The Coming of the Ice," H.G. Wells's "The Star," Charles S.
