Twokinds

In 2013, Tom Fischbach launched Twokinds, a webcomic series that blends fantasy adventure with themes of identity and prejudice. Set in a world of humans, animal-like "Keidran," and magic, the story follows a human boy and a tiger Keidran girl as they navigate a society rife with tension between the races. Fischbach is the sole creator, writer, and artist, and the series has built a dedicated online following for its character-driven narrative and evolving art style. Though originally released in two print issues, Twokinds remains an ongoing digital comic, notable for its early and sustained presence in the independent webcomic space.
