Tintin and the Picaros

Tintin and the Picaros, published by Methuen in 1978, is the final completed adventure in Hergé's iconic series. In this single issue, Tintin, Snowy, and Captain Haddock journey to the fictional South American nation of San Theodoros to rescue their friend, the opera singer Bianca Castafiore, who has been imprisoned by the country's new regime.
