Poodle: The Other White Meat

Jim Toomey, the creator of the syndicated strip Sherman's Lagoon, launched this single-issue comic for Andrews McMeel in 1999. A standalone satirical piece, it uses the premise of a poodle as a food source to lampoon cultural taboos and our relationship with pets.
