In 2024, Les Humanoïdes Associés launched Morpheus, a new comic series written and illustrated by Thibaud de Villeneuve. The series explores a dreamlike, introspective narrative that reimagines the myth of the god of sleep in a contemporary setting, blending philosophical themes with lush, expressive artwork. This initial issue marks the beginning of a distinctively European take on the figure, offering a visually rich and meditative journey into the subconscious.
