In the five-issue series Les aventuriers de l'intermonde (2015–2019), Bayard Presse sent a small team of explorers through a mysterious portal connecting our world to a parallel dimension of strange landscapes and hidden dangers. The French comic balanced episodic adventure with a tight, serialized mystery about the nature of the Interworld and the cost of crossing between realities.
