Dieter Lumpen

A stylish neo-noir comic series from Finix, Dieter Lumpen (2014–present) follows the globe-trotting adventures of its titular, melancholy hero through moody, European-inflected storytelling. The series is most closely associated with writers Jorge Zentner and Oriol Schreibweis, with artist Rubén Pellejero providing the distinctive, atmospheric visuals. Though only a single issue has been published so far, it matters as a continuation of the classic Dieter Lumpen saga from the 1980s, bringing its sophisticated, introspective tone to a new generation.
