Atomic War!

Despite being announced in 1952 by Junior Books, Inc., Atomic War! never saw a single issue published, remaining an unrealized project from the atomic age of comics. The series was most frequently associated with artist Chic Stone, who would have lent his energetic linework to whatever untold stories it might have contained. Its very existence as a zero-issue title makes it a curious footnote in comic book history.
