A man and woman find a kid named Charles sick on the side of the road. They take him to Doctor Truso who with the help of Doctor Able shrinks down to look through the body to see the cause. He finds a healthy body until he discovers Charles has been smoking. Once he leaves the body, Truso warns Charles of the dangers of smoking to the human heart.
