The Black Terror #11

The Black Terror battles a criminal organization and a winged monster threatening the city of Elkwater. In one storyline, the Terror rescues two girls held captive in a death chamber filled with gas, then pursues the villains across land and sea. A backup story features a young boy who promises learned gentlemen he will help them obtain a dinosaur, leading to encounters with an animated dinosaur and winged aircraft pursuing him across the countryside.
