Ribtickler #8 is a humor anthology containing multiple comic strips. One story features a girl who uses a hula skirt to trick neighborhood boys into doing her bidding, eventually teaching them a lesson when they catch on to her scheme. Another strip, "Lil Genius the Gardener," follows a young boy whose newfound interest in gardening impresses his parents, but whose real motivation is revealed when he's caught planting mint—which he claims is where money comes from—in the garden.
