Power Comics #1

Power Comics #1 is an anthology featuring multiple stories. "Sudden Death" depicts an artist in New York City who is hired by the Astor-Waldoria Hotel to paint portraits of beautiful society women, but becomes entangled with Death itself after painting a mysterious portrait. Another story involves a circus performer named Dusty who reunites with an old acquaintance and encounters elephants and adventure in a valley setting. A third story features the Hoppers, a family in financial desperation who encounter a mysterious visitor offering assistance after their child goes missing, leading to a sequence of neighborhood drama and domestic crisis resolution.
