This Dargaud "best of" collection brings together Cuadrado's apartment-building humor in one cheerful package, themed entirely around the joys and headaches of shared living spaces. The cover sets the tone perfectly: a hapless tenant tumbles down the staircase while a broom-wielding concierge watches from below and a curious kid peers over the banister above, with a note pointedly addressed to the building superintendent hanging nearby. It's a warmly funny snapshot of everything that can go wrong — and hilariously does — between neighbors in 2011's most chaotic immeuble.
