Nos chers voisins #4

The cover of this fourth volume from Éditions Jungle sets the tone perfectly: framed in a magnifying-glass vignette, a cowboy-hat-wearing neighbor and a guitar-strumming sheriff type ham it up in a doorway while two bemused young women look on — pure suburban comedy chaos. The subtitle Des voisins trop fun! ("Way too fun neighbors!") says it all, and creators Zoïc and Fich deliver that promise with lively, expressive art that practically bounces off the page. If this 2015 entry in the Nos Chers Voisins series is any indication, living next door to these characters would be anything but dull.
