Men in Action #3

"Our Fighting Men in Action" is an anthology comic containing at least two stories. "Jailbird" follows Private Spike Finch, a soldier with a criminal past as the "Celluloid Strip Kid," who is accused of breaking into Sergeant Baldwin's locker; Finch must prove his innocence when Captain White suspects him of the theft. "Eagle of the Sea" depicts the USS Constitution, a historic American naval vessel preserved as a national monument, with its backbone of live oak emphasized as a symbol of American naval heritage.
