During a club outing, Dave and Jo left the group and explored a lane in the country. At the end of the lane, they find a dream-like cottage and they declare their love for each other in the romantic setting. Time passed and Jo hears that Dave is married while she resolves to get a bit of gaiety out of life. When they meet again, Dave is separated from his wife and they decide to revisit the cottage to rekindle their old romance. However, when they get to the end of the lane they discover that the cottage has been neglected and is a wreck.
