Jungle Comics #27

This issue features multiple stories set in exotic jungle locales. One story follows a white hunter named Charley and his companions as they pursue a she-elephant using a stakeout with tiger bait, encountering various jungle dangers including an aggressive elephant and conflicts over whether to capture or kill a rare specimen. Another story, "Tiger Girl" by Allan O'Hara, depicts a jungle woman with a giant Sikh servant and striped Bengal pets exploring a mysterious lost land filled with racing haters, wooded glens, and stalking scheemers, with references to the Devil-Cats and their mistress as a protector of the land's people.
