Happy Comics #19

This anthology issue contains two main stories. "Francois Feline" follows a cat who rushes home in winter to have supper with his family, but discovers his dining room lacks food, leading him to attempt car repair as a solution, which results in comic mishaps with a wise boy and a troll-like creature before he receives a bath. A second story features a character who becomes mayor and receives the keys to the city along with a "Coo Coo Comics" award from distinguished citizens in a ceremonial presentation.
