This anthology issue contains multiple stories: a comic featuring anthropomorphic cats discussing gang membership and a woman's attempt to join their group; "Little Billy Bear," in which a father bear spanks his mischievous son and sends him to his room, only for Billy to sneak out and cause more trouble; and "The Musical Pond" by Lily K. Scott, where Della Duck throws a birthday party and, unable to find an orchestra, discovers that the fish and waterfowl in her pond can create music through their bubbles, resulting in an impromptu underwater orchestra that makes her party a success.
