Happy Comics #11 is an anthology featuring multiple humorous animal-themed stories. "Ooze the Seminole" follows a young Native American character on various comedic adventures involving a banana boat, water mishaps, and bicycle riding. A third story shows a dog attempting to follow his veterinarian's orders to mix with his neighbors, causing chaos and destruction as he tries to be friendly with the other animals in the neighborhood.
