The Green Turtle rescues Ra-Ting and Burma Boy from Japanese forces in the Tibetan mountains, bringing them to his hidden shell-shaped headquarters. When the villain Katsuro captures Ra-Ting and tortures him for information about the Green Turtle's location, Ra-Ting refuses to reveal anything despite the pain. The Green Turtle arrives to stop Katsuro and his men, defeating them and rescuing Ra-Ting while foiling the Japanese spy's plans to locate the guerrilla force's base.
