This anthology issue contains multiple animal-themed comic stories. One story features two pig characters who experience a series of superstition-related mishaps, including encounters with a black cat and a horseshoe, as they debate the concepts of luck and brains. Another story, "Tick, Tack and Toe," depicts cat characters operating a locksmith shop and becoming involved in an unusual situation involving milk and a vegetable store. A third narrative follows children in "Frisky-Town" who stay awake past their bedtime and encounter the Sandman's helper, who appears to them in a mysterious form to address their mischievous behavior.
