Deadpool and the Mercs for Money #4

Deadpool leaps into issue #4 of this 2016 series with dual swords drawn, tumbling through a warm amber battlefield as helicopters circle overhead and a mass of enemies swarms below — Declan Shalvey's cover composition is kinetic and genuinely striking. Writer Cullen Bunn and artist Salva Espín keep the Merc with a Mouth at the center of the chaos, with Guru-eFX's bold red-and-gold palette giving the whole thing a gritty, almost cinematic feel. If you've been following Wade Wilson's mercenary crew, this one looks like the tension is ratcheting up nicely.
