This anthology issue contains two stories: "Obey the Law," in which a man being pursued by police for a traffic violation flees into the woods where he encounters criminals and must choose between helping law enforcement or the fugitives, ultimately discovering that cooperation with police is the right choice; and a true crime account of "Ed and Bill Cowlin," two lawmen who solved a series of murders committed by kill-and-run thieves through determined investigation and physical confrontation.
