This issue contains two crime stories. "Lou Bailey and Dan Kendall" tells of a middleweight boxer named Lou Bailey who, during a victory celebration at an arena, is challenged by a police lieutenant named Dan Kendall to fight in a boxing match; the story follows their conflict as Bailey faces pressure and danger. "Obey the Law" follows criminals who rob the Mankin State Bank and attempt to exchange their stolen currency at various locations; when they flee into a swamp to evade capture, they encounter a wild man living there who, revealed to be the murderer of previous victims, turns out to be responsible for their downfall, leading to their arrest.
