This is an anthology issue featuring multiple stories. The lead story follows Buster Bunny at a circus where he encounters various animal characters, including a lion, tiger, and elephant, and learns an important lesson about honesty when he confesses his pets are not real. "The Busy Bear" by Donald Bayne Hobart tells of Freddy Bear's idea to become a ballet dancer, leading him and his friends Jim Squirrel and Charlie Bunny to perform a song and dance that impresses Martin Beaver, the forest's mayor, who recruits them to serve as a warning system for danger in the woods. "Circus Capers" features Buster Bunny's mother insisting he wear a new suit and behave like a gentleman during an outing, but Buster's antics with other young animals result in him getting dirty and causing chaos.
