Part of Luc Ferry's *La Sagesse des Mythes* series from Glénat, this 2020 volume brings one of Greek mythology's great confrontations to vivid life. The cover — rendered with striking painterly elegance by Fabio Mantovani — shows a warrior astride the magnificent winged horse Pegasus, swooping down upon the fearsome Chimera: a roaring lion whose serpent tail rears up defensively beneath them. Clotilde Bruneau's adaptation of Ferry's retelling promises the same thoughtful, accessible approach to myth that has made this series a standout in French comics.
