Mad Doctor Doom has returned, and he sends Chester to sneak into Little Archie's room and pluck a hair from his head. The mad doctor then unveils his greatest creation, a robotic flying barracuda programmed to rob a gold bullion truck as it passes over Givalook Mountain -- and to kill the meddlesome brat whose DNA matches the hair.
