The standalone novelette and short stories include Lambert's "Gentlemen Only," Cobb's "A House on the Grand Canal," Beecham's "The Lady from Macassar," Dechdolt's untitled piece, and Thomas's "Fool Proof." Poetry contributions appear by Davies, Wheeler, and others. An upcoming five-part serial by Rupert Sargent Holland titled "The Mystery of the Opal" is advertised; set on the Maine coast, it involves a mysterious girl, a dead man, and the cryptic hail "Opal Ahoy!"
