# All-Story Weekly, November 16, 1918
This issue contains five continued serials in various genres. Roy Cohen and J.U. Giesy's "An Extra Husband" (four-part story, part one) appears to be a domestic comedy. "On the Night of the Storm" (three-part, part one) and Hulbert Footner's "The Substitute Millionaire" (six-part, part two) are presented without clear genre designation in the OCR. "The Pirate Woman" by Captain Dingle (four-part, part three) and Perley Poore Sheehan's "White Tigers" (five-part, part five) suggest adventure narratives. A single novelette, "The Substance of His House" by Stephen Allen Reynolds, is also included. Five short stories complete the fiction content, including Max Brand's "The Great Stroke." The issue adds verse selections and concludes with extensive classified advertising spanning employment training, patents, and consumer goods aimed at wartime readers.
