The issue also features David Thibault's "Flood," set in Arkansas; "The Teeth of McClure" by Rolf Bennett, a South Sea tale about a trader and his goat; F. R. Buckley's "Vanishing Castles," concerning feudal days; F. St. Mars's "The King's Meal," a mountain hunting narrative; and John Beames's "King the Husky," an Alaskan dog-sledding story.
