A young boy named Charles moves into a creaky old apartment building in the city of Echo City, only to discover that monsters are real and living among us. Enter Margo Maloo, a cool and resourceful girl who acts as a mediator between humans and the monster community, handling their creepy cases with a mix of diplomacy and street smarts. Written and drawn by Drew Weing, this all-ages series from First Second launched in 2018 and reimagines the classic monster-hunting premise as a story about empathy, negotiation, and understanding the fears that lurk just out of sight.
