Star Wars - Le Cycle de Thrawn

In 2005, the French publisher Delcourt launched Le Cycle de Thrawn, a five-issue comic series adapting Timothy Zahn's classic Star Wars novels—Heir to the Empire, Dark Force Rising, and The Last Command. This translation brought Grand Admiral Thrawn's calculated military campaign against the fledgling New Republic to a European audience, with art and scripting by French creators that gave the saga a distinctive visual flavor. As a key early entry in Delcourt's Star Wars library, it helped establish the publisher's reputation for high-quality, continuity-minded adaptations of the Expanded Universe.
