Samson

Though announced by Four Star Publications in 1955, the comic series Samson remains an unfulfilled entry in comics history: zero issues were ever released. The project is most closely associated with artist Ken Battefield, who was slated as the series' primary illustrator. Decades later, it lingers as a curious footnote, a title that existed in name and promotional material but never reached readers.
