Śledziu
Michał "Śledziu" Śledziński was born on 31 July 1978 in Bydgoszcz, Poland, and is a cartoonist, comic book artist, writer, storyboard artist, and animation director. He is best known for his comics *The Liberty Estate* (*Osiedle Swoboda*) and *Red Penguin Must Die!*, as well as for co-creating and serving as editor-in-chief of the comic magazines *Produkt* and *P-Lux*. His work also includes co-authoring several comic anthologies. Beyond print, Śledziu directed and storyboarded the animated series *Kayko and Kokosh* and served as director, writer, and artist on the video game *Warsaw*. His style often blends sharp, satirical humor with a clean, expressive line, and he collaborated regularly with contributors to his magazine projects. Active in the industry from 1999 through 2017, his most credited titles in our catalog include *Produkt*, *Osiedle Swoboda*, *Na szybko spisane*, *D Lux*, *Matrix według Śledzia*, and *P Lux*. Śledziu’s legacy lies in his role as a key figure in the Polish alternative comics scene, fostering a community through his editorial work and leaving a mark with his own distinctive, often self-referential narratives.
